Day 4

Today we got to spend more time in the broadcasting rooms. I spent most of my time with RyGuy on KAYL. Today he showed me a little bit about what they do for weather, and simply use the internet for all their information. It's nothing like I hoped for, but that's okay. Here is a video of me broadcasting live the weather report for the day. It's longer then what the video shows, but it was nice doing that. We  did have a small problem going live because he accidentally hit a wrong button and I had to do it again, but that's how it works. That good part is that no one heard me on the radio and didn't have to worry about me repeating what I said.

Again, today was just a busy day so we weren't able to spend much time with many people, but I did however get to enjoy watching Chris and Sandy do there morning show. It was fun and I loved seeing how they interact and yet get what they need said out there. It's important to give the people the news, but also to have fun with it and add that personal touch to it. Later this week we will go out on a sales pitch with a sales person and soon record our commercial when we have time.

I've also discovered, I don't like the business end at all. Natalie spoke about it again today, with the commercials and how that system works… Yeah, that isn't my favorite part of the entire ordeal, but that's where the money comes from.
