Natalie and Ryan were the only ones who were in the building/who wanted to take a picture with us.
I'm going to miss coming here every day. Even though some days were boring, we always had something to do, and were always learning something new. It was a great experience. Today, we finished our commercial and were on air a lot this morning. It was so much fun, and am proud we were able to do what we did. Tammy got more out of it then I did. But I learned some other things about the some of the people here.
Ryan: Decided that his job was what he wanted because his dad was part of the radio business years ago. He also went to college for it, and he lives for the radio. I had asked him what he does for fun, and he didn't have much because he's always doing something for the radio station. Nothing is wrong with that, but that's what I noticed. This is his home.
Matt: Always loved music! He started the radio business in college and didn't even finish college because he already new everything. The radio is his home as well, but his family is important too. Between the two, he loves them equally and will do anything to keep them happy.
Natalie: Her job is boring sometimes, and stressful, but she loves having everything in order. Keeping things in check, while being herself, she loves to goof around, she gets the job done. She's also very patient with people which is a huge virtue in life.
Buzz: The boss. We didn't spend much time with him, but he's the one in control. He's straight to the point and making sure everyone follows what they need too. And always making sure people are doing okay.
Chris: He's always got a smile on his face. Every day, no matter how upset he may have been, he had the biggest smile on his face. He was very laid back, and made sure he said hi.
Sandy: Loves helping anyone and everyone. She's also a very hard worker. I've never seen someone so into getting there job done!
Jeremy: He sort of roams around, and I said hi a few times, but he's always making sure everyone has what they need and keeps them updated. He's very helpful as well.
Laura: She is always kind no matter how rude you are. She is a little disorganized, but people keep her in check. She is great with sales, and make sure the customers are pleased.
Joel: He's very shy, and I never talked to him. But he's a hard worker, and keeps out of the way. He also makes sure everyone has what they need, and is willing to help when needed.
Scott: He's a goof. Always joking around and making sure everyone isn't too serious. He's great at doing commercials and is very straight forward. He also made sure to say hi to us.
Rosa: She is such a sweet heart. She showed us once how she runs the hispanic station. She's very funny, and she loves talking about anything. She sat with us in the conference room a few times and just talked to us while she worked.
Now why am I talking about the entire staff? Because each one showed me something important about loving there job. Everyone single person here, has been here for years! And that says something. It's very laid back and fun. Each person needs one another. I may not have learned what I wanted to, but I observe people very closely, and I learn a lot.
Talking on air.
Doing last minute edits to our commercial.
