Going on an adventure, we got to travel around Storm Lake with Laura to businesses and see what sales people do. Without the sales people, the radio station would't be making money. Sales people have to use a little persuasion when asking for bigger deals towards there customers. It doesn't always work, but they try their hardest. They have to keep track of when the last add was run by the business, what days are available, when they want the add to end, ect. I personally do not like that end of the entire job. It was fun seeing what she does, and I enjoyed getting out of the building for awhile. We visited Hoffman's, Melanders, and Dairy Queen. It took about an hour to do all of it for driving and talking together. We also did one commercial recording and when we get back, all Laura has to do it hook her phone up to the computer and edit it.
